NOTICE

My Terms of Service apply when you commission an art piece or own (through gift, sales or trade) a character design I have made.

WORKFLOW

✦ Turn around time will depend on the piece and will be noted individually, the maximum is roughly three months but this can be altered or delayed due to life circumstances. Should this occur I will attempt to communicate these properly but things may slip through. Please contact me should you have not been updated on your commission within the estimated turnaround time.✦ Furthermore due to life circumstances, please expect a response wait time of 1-3 days. I apologise for the inconvenience and will always attempt to respond ASAP, however due to said potential circumstances this cannot always be the case.

PROCESS + PAYMENTS

✦ I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.✦ Unless properly discussed, I do not work with deadlines.✦ For general works a clear visual reference of your character(s) are required, I do not accept commissions based on text only.✦ Minor edits are okay throughout the commission process. Major edits will incur an additional fee.✦ Payment is only accepted through Paypal invoice or Vgen, depending on type.✦ Payment plans/partial payment can be discussed for commissions or designs over $300.
Length of time accepted will likely depend on the price of the work.
Typically I will require half up front while the remainder will be placed on a plan, this can be up for discussion and will depend on the price of the work.✦ Refunds are accepted on a case-by-case basis. I require a minimum of thirty days to process any refund requests.✦ If a commission is over 60-70% completed. No refund will be available.✦ If I am left without communication for over a month, I retain the right to issue a refund based on the amount of work completed up until that point. If you will be absent for that period of time and do not want this to occur, inform me beforehand so business may continue.

USEAGE + RIGHTS

✦ I retain rights to use my artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes. This includes the right to freely watermark and publish said artwork myself, unless a rights transfer agreement is reached.✦ Art and designs are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially or for profitable redistribution. Personal items such as fursuits, VR models, and singular items solely made for fun and your personal use only are allowed.✦ Examples of prohibited use: mass-produced merchandise, game character, business mascot, streaming mascot (vtubing and other monetized video usages), and paywalls (such as VR 3D models only available to your patrons or your personal digital shop).✦ Purchasing of commercial rights can be discussed and start at 350% of the original cost of the art or design.✦ As the owner of a bought character design or commissioned artwork, you are allowed to repost with credit.✦ Designs obtained through trades or for free cannot be sold. Do not resell my character designs higher than the price you bought it for if it is obtained through sales, unless you commissioned extra art to raise its base value. Please remember to check individual artists TOS to ensure this is okay. Personal-made art and gifts do not count.✦ Do not convert my designs into closed species without my explicit permission and approval. I reserve the right to decline said design being converted.✦ Do not edit my art without asking prior. I typically don't mind edits, but prefer being asked first before any are made to the piece. I will require proper credit if uploaded anywhere.✦ Art and designs are forbidden from being used in anything relating to AI generation. This includes feeding my work to AI, generating images based on my artwork or editing my work with use of AI.✦ My work may not be used in any project related to NFTs. This includes using my work as inspiration for NFT projects or directly minting my work into NFTs.
